Where do we ship?
We currently ship Australia-wide, including metro, regional, and rural areas.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75 AUD.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment being received.
- Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide): 3–5 business days
- Regional areas: 5–8 business days
- Rural/remote areas: 7–14 business days
Please note these are estimated timeframes and may vary during peak periods such as Christmas.
Will I receive tracking?
Yes! Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel's journey.
Returns & Refunds
Change of mind returns
We accept change of mind returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change of mind returns.
Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the issue and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Wrong item received
If you've received the wrong item, please get in touch straight away and we'll sort it out quickly.
How do I start a return?
Simply contact the Dogaroo team with your order number and reason for return and we'll guide you through the process.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we've received and inspected your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.
